Curricular Unit Types

This article guides users through the creation and management of curricular unit types, allowing for proper classification of the content taught across different courses offered by the institution. 

1. Accessing Curricular Unit Types

To configure curricular unit types, go to:

    Settings > Academic > Support Tables > Curricular Unit Types

2. Creating and Configuring Curricular Unit Types

Once inside the Curricular Unit Types section, you’ll see a list of types already registered in the system.

To add a new curricular unit type:

Click the “+” button to create a new type

Enter the name (e.g., “Free Class”)

Click Save

Defining curricular unit types in e-Schooling is essential for organizing the content delivered in each course. This configuration reflects the diversity of pedagogical practices within the institution  from traditional subjects to playful activities or interdisciplinary projects. A well-structured setup facilitates the creation of curricula, timetables, and assessments, promoting more effective management aligned with the institution’s educational vision.
