Establish global continuous assessment groups

Modified on Wed, 18 Jun at 5:05 PM

This article aims to explain how to create and configure Continuous Assessment Parameter Groups — also referred to in the application as "Indicator Mode" — which organize continuous assessment criteria by subject área.

1ª With an Admin or Pedagogical Management profile, navigate to the menu: “Management” > “Pedagogical” > “Performance and Assessment”.

In the "Global" submenu, you will find several indicator group templates provided by e-Schooling.

You can either edit these existing groups and their parameters or create new ones.

A. Edit

          I.    Simply click on the name of the group or parameter to enable editing.

 B.  Add

II.    Click on the highlighted option to add a new group, where you can enter the group name and its assessment parameters (the indicators that will be part of it). Each group can include multiple criteria, organized according to the school’s pedagogical framework.

Based on the example we’re building, here is how the “Social Interaction” group looks after configuration:

It brings together the parameters Respect, Cooperation, and Empathy — all focused on evaluating how students interact with others in the school environment.

All courses/classes created after this configuration will automatically inherit the parameter groups defined in this menu.

To  make them available in the existing classes (created before this configuration), it will be necessary to import these indicators into each one of them.
