Update continuous assessment/indicator groups in the course and class

After creating the school’s global parameter groups (Management > Pedagogical > Performance and Assessment), the next step is to link them to the course and/or class where they will be used. This ensures that the indicators appear correctly for teachers in their lessons and activities.

       

1.    Access the course you want to update

2.    In the “Assessments” submenu, click the three dots (…) to edit the assessment grid

3.    Select the “Import school indicators” option




All classes created after this procedure will inherit these settings.
For classes created before this new course configuration, if you want them to inherit the same indicator groups, you’ll need to repeat the same procedure for each class.
(Make sure the indicator groups have been imported into the class’s course template) Go to the class > Assessments > Import school indicators.




To confirm that the settings were applied correctly, go to Course » Class » Student » Lesson; the configured indicators will appear alongside the other assessment criteria, indicating that the group is active and ready to use.  ​
