The daily life of each student fits entirely within e-Schooling

The “Summary of the Student’s Latest Records” widget gathers all continuous and final assessment records of the student, displaying them in a grouped, organized, visual, and easy-to-consult format.

• Continuous assessment: Records created during classes/activities (class mode)
• Routines: Records related to the daily care of younger students, including well-being, hygiene, sleep, and nutrition
• Final assessment: Records entered in the evaluation grid of each subject, area, and/or domain

 Where can you find this widget?

The widget is available in different areas of the application, depending on the access profile:

• Homepage
  • Profiles: Student and Guardian
  • Students and guardians see the summary immediately upon logging into e-Schooling. The widget is positioned below the agenda.

• Student profile dashboard
  • Users with access permissions to the student’s profile (e.g., Class Directors, Administrative Services, Pedagogical Coordination, etc.)

What can be viewed in this widget?

• Records created during classes/activities (class mode)
• Student assessments shared by the school/teacher
• The date each record was created
• The subject or activity associated
• The content or competencies assessed (with expandable text if applicable)
• The teacher responsible for the record
• The evaluation assigned (e.g., levels, grades, or comments)
