Knowing how many hours have actually been taught by each teacher is essential for the school’s administrative, financial, and pedagogical management teams. Regardless of the purpose, e-Schooling provides this information in a clear, structured, and accessible way from different areas of the application.
This article explains what is required for a class to be considered as “taught” and presents the various ways to consult and export the count of hours taught.
To ensure a class or activity is counted as taught, there must be a record in the Lesson Summary widget. This record confirms that the class/activity took place. Without it, the session will not be considered as taught.
There are several ways to access information about hours taught in e-Schooling, depending on the purpose and level of detail required. Below are the most common paths:
1. Global
From the main menu, you can access a complete list of all classes generated across all school groups. This area allows you to consult and export the information in an aggregated format, defining, for example, a custom time range. You can also apply filters to refine the search and obtain an export aligned with your intended purpose.
Management > Classes
Use the available filters to select:
- Date range
- Summary status
If you only want to see taught classes, select “True” in the “Summarized” filter. This will update the list to show only taught classes
The result of the active filters is displayed in the upper left corner of the list
You can export the filtered list to CSV by clicking on the “…” and selecting Export to download the file in CSV format
2. Teacher-specific view
For a more specific view by teacher, you can access each teacher’s page to consult the details of the classes they have taught.
In the “Classes” submenu on the teacher’s page, you’ll find a list of all classes they are involved in, regardless of group or subject. As with the global list, you can view and export this information individually, applying filters such as time range, group, or subject, which helps with more targeted analysis.
Community > Teachers
Select the teacher for whom you want to generate the list
Choose the Classes option
Apply filters:
- Date range
- Summary status
If you only want to see taught classes, select “True” in the “Summarized” filter. This will update the list to show only taught classes.
The result of the active filters is displayed in the upper left corner of the list
You can export the filtered list to CSV by clicking on the “…” and selecting Export to download the file in CSV format
