Invoicing Multiple Installments of a Financial Enrollment Simultaneously

e-Schooling allows you to invoice multiple installments at once within the same financial enrollment, and even group installments by billing entity in a single invoice.


Step-by-step


  1. Access the student’s financial enrollment via:Finance > Financial Enrollments or through the student/entity profile > Financial Enrollments
  2. Open the desired financial enrollment
  3. Select the installments you wish to invoice
  4. Click on the option “Invoice installments/additional costs
  5. In the confirmation modal, you can define:
  6. Whether to group installments by billing entity
  7. The invoice date
  8. Send invoice summary by email (email linked to the billing entity)
  9. Confirm and finalize the invoice.
  10. After issuance, the invoice will be visible in the student’s account statement and will be processed as usual in the system.



This feature does not replace automatic processing but offers a faster and more adaptable manual alternative for occasional or exceptional situations.
