This article aims to explain how to use the file sharing feature in the e-Schooling platform's messaging system.
This option allows users to attach documents directly within conversations with teachers, guardians, or school administrators, making it easier to exchange academic information.
1. How to Share Files in Messages
While composing a new message or replying to an existing one, you can attach files using the paperclip icon, usually located at the bottom of the message window. Clicking this icon will open a window where you can select the file you want to upload from your device.

After the upload, the file will appear as an attachment in the message and can be viewed by the recipient once the message is sent.
The type and maximum size of files allowed may vary depending on the settings defined by the school.
2. View Shared Files
Shared files are available within the corresponding conversation and can also be accessed from the contact’s profile sidebar, under the section labeled “Shared Files”. This feature allows quick access to all documents exchanged with that user, without the need to search through previous messages.
