View and send messages

This article aims to guide users on how to view and send messages through the e-Schooling platform.

The messaging feature enables direct and secure communication between guardians, teachers, and school administration.


1. Access the Messages Area


To view or send messages, the user must click on the “envelope” icon located in the left-hand side panel of the platform. Upon clicking, they will be directed to the inbox, where they can view all received and sent messages.



 


 2. Viewing Messages 

In the inbox, messages are displayed in chronological order, with unread messages highlighted. By clicking on a message, its content will be shown in the central area of the screen.



You can view:


  • The sender
  • How long ago the message was sent 
  • The message content



3. Sending Messages


To send a new message, click the “Search” button, usually located in the upper left corner of the messages area.      

  • Select the name of the teacher, coordinator, or another available contact from the list.
  • In the text field, enter the message you want to send.
  • Once all fields are filled out, click "Send" to complete the process.




The list of recipients may vary depending on the user's profile and the permissions defined by the school.
