The course structure allows you to organize curricular units over time, defining how the course is distributed across years, semesters, modules, or other periods.
1. Accessing the structure section
After creating the course, go to the Course Structure section in the internal course menu.
2. Defining the time organization
Choose how the course will be structured:
- By years (e.g., 5th, 6th year)
- By semesters, terms, or other time units defined in the system’s general settings
3. Associating subjects to periods
After defining the periods (e.g., 5th year, 1st term), you need to associate the subjects that will be taught in each one.
- Add the subjects
4. Editing or removing periods
- You can edit the name of each period (e.g., rename “1st term” to “1st semester”)
- You can also remove periods that will not be used
The structure defined here will be reflected in the creation of classes and in the organization of schedules, allowing for more efficient management of the learning path.
