1. Accessing Class Type Settings 


In the main menu, go to Settings > Pedagogical > Support Tables > Class Types to view, edit, or add class type categories.


1.1 How to Create Class Types

Before configuring class types, it’s important to understand their role in the institution’s pedagogical structure. This step allows the system to be adapted to the different teaching methodologies used by the institution.


Common examples:

  • Lecture 
  • Practical
  • Lecture-Practical
  • Laboratory
  • Project-Based


1.2 How to Configure Class Types


 

            a. Click on “+” to add a new class type.

            b. Enter the name (e.g., “Laboratory”).

            c. Click Save.



Defining class types in the e-Schooling system allows for more precise management tailored to the institution’s pedagogical reality. By classifying teaching sessions, it becomes easier to plan the curriculum, organize physical spaces, and analyze workload by activity type. This flexibility contributes to a clearer and more strategic view of the teaching and learning process.
