1. Accessing Facility Types
To configure facility types, follow the path:
Settings » System » Support Table » Facility Types
2. Creating Facility Types
On the screen, you can:
a. Add new facility types by clicking the (+) button.
b. Remove unnecessary types by selecting the item you want to delete and clicking the trash bin icon.
When adding a new facility type, you must provide:
- Name (e.g., Classroom, Office, Auditorium, etc.)
- Acronym, which is the abbreviation for the facility type you want to create (e.g., C, O, A)
Properly defining facility types helps improve the organization of space management, class scheduling, and event planning.
