In e-Schooling, it is possible to configure the reasons for rejecting absence justifications, which will be used whenever a justification request is denied for not meeting the criteria defined by the institution.
1. Accessing the configuration of rejection reasons
From the main menu, go to:
Settings > Pedagogical > Support Tables and select Absence Justification Rejection Reasons.
2. Creating a new reason
Click the “+” button to add a new reason.
Enter the name of the reason (e.g., Missing documentation, Missed time slot, Late submission) and specify who the reason applies to (applicable to teachers and/or students).
You can create reasons specific to teachers, students, or both.
For example, you can define a reason that will only appear when the rejection is made for a request submitted by a student.
After filling in the fields, click Save.
From that moment on, the reason will be available for selection whenever an absence justification request is rejected.
