1. Accessing the Gender Table
To configure gender types, follow this path:
Settings » System » Support Table » Genders
2. Adding Gender Options
In the side menu, click the “+” (Add) button located at the top.
Fill in the following fields:
- Acronym: a representative abbreviation (e.g., M for Male, F for Female, N for Not defined)
- Name: the full designation of the gender
- Click Save to store the information or Close to cancel.
Keeping this table up to date is essential to ensure that all users are accurately represented within the system.
