Generate a direct link to a form or electronic form

To streamline the response collection process, you can easily generate and share a direct access link to any form.

Go to the "e-Forms" section and select the form you want to share. Then, open the "Public Link Settings" submenu.

Enable the "Public" option. Once enabled, a "Copy Link" button will appear in the lower corner of the interface.

Clicking this button will copy the form’s URL to your device’s clipboard, allowing you to freely distribute it to your target audience.
 

If the “Institution Login Required” option is enabled in the form settings, users who do not have access to the e-Schooling platform will not be able to view the form, even if they have the direct link.
